To develop a good communication strategy in digital channels, it is necessary to take into account how, when and why the contents are consumed in a dynamic ecosystem where networks, platforms and media coexist. In large institutions, adaptation to these environments is complex and requires a double line of action, on the one hand, creating structural dynamics to place digital communication in the process of providing services; and on the other, promote innovative projects for strategic issues. Application examples will be shared at the Barcelona City Council.
