Bruno Sellés, is a graphic designer and self-taught typographer.
Since 1997 he is the founder and creative director of the Vasava design studio, based in Barcelona. As a cross-media study, they develop projects in a wide range of disciplines ranging from branding, custom typography, illustration, digital design and animation.
Vasava's mission is to help brands connect with their audience through ideas and design solutions combining tradition and vanguard. Some of these brands are Nike, Adobe, Diesel, Moët & Chandon, Mango, Atlético de Madrid, Comme des Garçons, FC Barcelona or the Washington Post.
Bruno has designed several families of typographic fonts such as Synopsis or Matchpoint distributed by MyFonts and custom fonts for brands such as FCB, Atlético de Madrid, Cristiano Ronaldo or the Mango fashion brand.
Bruno Sellés, creative director and founder of Vasava will bring us some of the most recent design and branding projects that they have made and will share their vision on the design exercise and their approach to it as a transformation tool for brands and products.
He will also share the methodology behind the work they do and the experimental and research projects that serve as the evidence base to define the direction and future of the study.
